螺纹特性
螺纹具有三个重复的特性:牙顶(crest)、牙侧(flank)和牙底(root),见右图。通过牙顶或牙底中心绘制垂直线时,除特殊情况外,螺纹具有以相等角度倾斜的对称侧面。相邻螺纹上对应点之间的距离称为螺纹的螺距(pitch)。牙侧角(flank angle)定义为牙侧与从螺丝轴绘制的垂直射线所成的角度。除非另有说明,一般螺纹的牙侧角为30°,因此牙侧之间的总角度为60°。以上每个特性都显示在右侧图中。

大径(major diameter)取自螺纹的牙顶,而小径(minor diameter)取自螺纹的牙底。对于大多数螺丝,牙顶和牙底并非为尖点,因此大径和小径的定义包含了牙顶和牙底截断值。中径(pitch diameter)的端点大约处于大径和小径端点的中间。

螺纹牙型
螺纹牙型(thread form)表示一组规则,用于定义特性之间的比例。常见的螺纹牙型包括在美国使用并以英制单位测量的统一螺纹牙型,以及在世界许多地方使用并以国际单位制测量的ISO公制螺纹牙型。由定义平牙底轮廓的UN或定义圆形牙底轮廓的UNR指定的统一螺纹标准中有许多螺纹牙型。这些牙型可以通过附加更多字母来进一步描述。例如,具有平牙底轮廓的极细螺纹被指定为UNEF。那些未被统一螺纹系统标准化的牙型被指定为UNS。

螺纹系列
大多数螺丝可通过它们的螺纹系列来识别。螺纹系列由螺纹的大径和密度表示。统一螺纹以每英寸的螺纹数来指定密度,而公制螺纹由螺距指定。例如,在统一命名法中,1/4"-20带帽螺丝的螺纹直径为1/4英寸,螺距为每英寸20个螺纹(TPI)。在公制命名法中,M4 x 0.7带帽螺丝的螺纹直径为4 mm,螺距为每0.7 mm 1个螺纹。术语M4 x 0.7通常简称为M4。

螺纹等级
螺纹系列的公差由螺纹等级给出。统一螺纹等级为由1到3的数字开始的字母数字标识符,其中1是最宽松的公差,3是最严格的公差,A表示外螺纹而B表示内螺纹。

公制螺纹具有一种稍复杂的公差方法,它使用由数字3到9表示的公差等级;以及由字母e到h表示的公差位置。等级提供了公差本身的度量:数字越小,公差越严格。位置表示公差与中径的距离。大写位置字母表示内螺纹,小写位置字母表示外螺纹。

Does the adjustable lens tube allow rotation of the optic independent of translation? The 2D hatched section view looks like it might, but the 3D CAD model does not, showing it as a single body.

Thank you for your feedback. Besides the included locking nut and retaining ring, the SM05V05 is a single body. The tube itself will not rotate the optic without translation.

Hello, the locking ring SM05NT does not fit in between 16 mm cage construction rods (it cannot be rotated then - locked/unlocked). We bough one to tune the position of the lens to collimate the fiber within cage assembly. Could you decrease its diameter?

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have posted this idea in our internal engineering forum. Reducing the diameter would indeed make this compatible with the 16mm cage system.
