PM 2x2 Couplers for Telecom

Thorlabs offers 2x2 PM fused fiber optic couplers that are ideal for telecom applications. The panda-style polarization-maintaining fiber used in these couplers allows them to provide a high extinction ratio for light launched into the slow axis of the fiber. These couplers, also known as taps, allow a single fiber input to be split into 2 outputs or vice versa. We have narrowband couplers available with center wavelengths ranging from 850 nm to 1550 nm.
