4-Axis Flexure Platforms

Thorlabs offers its NanoBlock and MicroBlock series stages in 4-axis configurations. The NanoBlock 4-axis stage has a 112.5 mm deck height and offers 50 nm translational resolution and 1 arc sec angular resolution. The MicroBlock 4-axis stages have a 62.5 mm deck height with 50 nm translational resolution and 1 arc sec angular resolution.
